As an owner-operated company based in the Allgäu, we take responsibility for the quality of our work, the environment and future generations.
For us, responsibility is about more than just making promises: Whether it’s optimising our production processes, making efficient use of energy and materials, or further developing our packaging concepts, we take a holistic approach.
We work with selected suppliers, prioritise short supply chains and, where possible, source our products from regional producers. Modern production technology helps us to continuously improve our processes and minimise food waste. In our interactions with one another, we also place great importance on treating each other with respect, ensuring that everyone is on an equal footing and working well together.
